Szechuan Cuisine
If you want traditional and famous Sichuan-style dishes please come to Ruiji Sichuan Cuisine.
I just walked in for dinner and ordered mapo tofu and steamed fish in spicy stew. Both are your typical Sichuan dishes as you know. Both were authentic and super flavorful. I will try other dishes next time such as their lamb and pork belly dishes. Even the tea served was very good. Service is good as well. There is plenty of free parking in the strip mall.

I love Sichuan cuisine! You will not find a better Chinese restaurant around here. Everything I’ve had has been flavorful, the portions are good, and their menu has so many options.

Ruiji is a great visit for authentic Sichuan cuisine. They have some of the normal western dishes, but also some more authentic items you wouldn’t find at other Chinese restaurants. My friend got the General Tso and it was good, but a little on the sweet side for me. I prefer more savory and spicy when I order this dish. I got the Sichuan Popcorn Chicken. It was nice and spicy, salty, and savory with garlic and a nice amount of sichuan pepper and red chilis. I hope to try other dishes when I visit again.
